Where the numbers come from
Capacities, ceiling ranges, rope lengths, sizes and parts on our product pages come from our product data, the same specifications printed with each item. When a number is not in that data, we do not print it.
Guides and sources
Our guides lean on public sources for anything beyond our own products: ladder safety, paddling safety, life jackets and the framing inside a garage. We read each source before we link it, and the guide names it at the end with the date it was read.
Customer quotes
The quotes on our home page are reviews that buyers of RAD items posted on Walmart.com product pages. We print them as written, with the reviewer's name and the date, and we picked three that include a complaint, because those tell you most.
Corrections
If you spot a mistake, write to hoists@rad-sportz.com. We fix errors in the page itself and change the date at the bottom.
