The fastest way to reach the RAD Sportz team is email: hoists@rad-sportz.com. Tell us which product you have (the name on its page is enough), what your ceiling or wall is like, and what you want to hang. We answer in English, usually within two business days.
Orders, shipping and returns
We do not hold your order details: checkout happens with our retail partner. For a missing part in a delivered box, a late package or a return, use the order page of the partner where you bought, which can see your order and act on it.
What we can help with
Which hoist fits a 12-foot ceiling, whether a rack holds your boat, how a rope brake is threaded, which anchor weight suits a pond or a river mouth: those are the questions we like.
