What we collect
We do not run accounts, carts or a checkout on this site, so we never ask for your name, your street address or your card. When you browse, our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (the address your request came from, the page, the time, the browser) for a short time to keep the site running and to stop abuse.
We count page views and presses of the buy buttons with a small first-party script. It stores no name or email and sets no advertising cookie. The counts tell us which hoists, racks and guides people read, never who read them.
When you press a buy button
A buy button opens the product at our retail partner in a new tab. From that moment the partner's own privacy policy applies: it sets its own cookies, records that you came from us, and handles payment, shipping and returns. We do not see what you buy, your name or your address.
If you write to hoists@rad-sportz.com, we keep your message and our reply for as long as we need to answer and follow up, then delete them. We never add you to a mailing list because you wrote.
Children
This site is meant for adults choosing storage and outdoor gear. We do not knowingly collect anything from children under 13.
Changes and contact
When this policy changes, the date at the bottom of this page changes with it. Questions about your data go to hoists@rad-sportz.com.
