Using this site
rad-sportz.com shows the RAD Sportz range of hoists, wall hooks, kayak racks, paddle gear, bike stands and home-fitness pieces. You may read, print and share these pages for your own use. Please do not copy the photos or the guides onto another site.
Where the sale happens
We do not take orders or payments here. A buy button sends you to our retail partner, where checkout, shipping, delivery dates, returns and refunds are handled under the partner's terms. If an order goes wrong, the partner's customer service is the place that can fix it.
Prices and details
Prices on this site come from our last catalog update and can change before you reach checkout. When our page and the checkout disagree, the checkout is right. Capacities, sizes and parts are copied from our product data, and the instructions in the box come first.
Installation and use
Our guides explain how our products are meant to be mounted and used. They do not replace the instructions in the box, a carpenter who can see your framing, or common sense on a ladder. You decide where and how you install a hoist or a rack, and you are responsible for that work.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, RAD Sportz is not liable for indirect losses from using this site. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of your state. Questions go to hoists@rad-sportz.com.
